Key West Spice Company® SEAFOOD SEASONING, about 1 t per filet
Non-stick spray, if needed
Sandwich rolls or bread of choice
Tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnishing
Equipment:
Cast iron skillet
Small metal spatula
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of the filets liberally (or lightly) with the SEAFOOD SEASONING.
Place each filet into hot skillet sprayed with non-stick spray (if needed). Do not over crowd cooking surface.
After about 3 minutes and when fish appears cooked on one side, carefully flip filets and cook the other side, and remove after about two minutes. Place sandwich rolls open faced into hot pan to slightly toast.
Enjoy right away with a tartar sauce of your liking along with sliced tomato, lettuce leaves, and pickles.

We are hooked on Island Blend and every time we order Tony sends us samples of other products to try. Last night I cooked pan seared yellowfin tuna and used the seafood seasoning. My husband said damn as soon as he tasted the fish. I asked him if it was okay. He said, now we will be hooked on another one of their spices. The fine powder sat nicely on the fish. After sprinkling it I patted it like you would do a rub. Talk about good. Just the right amount of flavor and doesn’t drown the taste of the fish.
