Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return or refund, email us at greg@keywestspicecompany.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you’d like to return
- A brief description of the issue
Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be offered for:
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged items
- Quality concerns
Due to the nature of food products, opened or used spices cannot be returned, unless there is a quality issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we are happy to send a replacement once the return is received or the issue is verified.
