Steak Burgers Ground Chuck (4 to 6 oz. per serving) Key West Spice Company® ISLAND GRILL Buns (any nice quality sandwich buns) Aged Cheddar Cheese (or any cheese you like) Sliced tomato, lettuce, pickles for garnish Equipment: Charcoal or Gas Grill, prepared for direct high heat Metal Spatula Directions: Form equal sized hamburger patties, slightly larger in diameter than your selected sandwich buns, avoid over working the meat with your hands. Sprinkle both sides of formed patties with ISLAND GRILL. Let patties rest at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. When you are ready to start your grill, remove seasoned patties from the refrigerator, allow them to rest at room temperature while you wait for your grill to reach temperature. Carefully place patties over direct heat, after about 3 minutes, rotate patties 1/2 turn, give them another 2 minutes then carefully turn them over. Top with desired cheese. After about 3 minutes or when cheese has begun to melt, feel free to toast the inside of your buns right beside the hamburger patties. After another minute everything should be ready. Garnish with sliced tomato, lettuce, and pickles. Excellent with curly q’s or sweet potato fries. Enjoy right away. Share the Love!

This is our favorite! We have used this on steak, pork chops and chicken. Talk about a good spice. It has a wonderful flavor and has become my go to spice! Our favorite is to use it to coat a chicken and put it in the rotisserie and on fat injected pork chops it’s the bomb!
