Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over high heat, bring the water, vinegar, and 3 tablespoons of Southernmost Blend to a boil.
  2. Add the shrimp and stir well.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and steam for 3–4 minutes, stirring once or twice, until shrimp turn bright orange.
  4. Drain and transfer shrimp to a bowl of ice water for a few minutes to stop the cooking process.
  5. Remove shrimp from the ice bath and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of Southernmost Blend for extra flavor.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with:

  • Caribbean BBQ sauce
  • Cocktail sauce
  • Or your favorite dipping sauce
