2-3 pounds Country style Pork Ribs

2-3 tablespoons of Key West Spice Company Captain’s Blend

1/4 cup Key West Spice Company Dockside Caribbean BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven to 325 degrees, Season ribs with Captain’s Blend Seasoning, place ribs in baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 1.5 – 2 hours (until tender) Remove foil baste with Dockside Caribbean Rum BBQ Sauce and place in over for 10 – 15 min. Remove from oven and enjoy!
