The Key West Spice Company
The Key West Spice Company was founded in 2012 by Tony Lazarus, who began sharing his homemade seasoning blends with family and friends. What started as a simple kitchen hobby quickly turned into something more when people realized they were cooking more often—and loving it—thanks to the spices on their shelves.
As word spread, Tony’s seasonings became gifts, shared from one home cook to another. To meet growing demand, he officially launched The Key West Spice Company, making his signature blends available to everyone who wanted a taste of island flavor.
