Seafood Seasoning is a perfect match made in paradise for all things from the sea. Crafted specifically for fish, shrimp, lobster, and scallops, it shines whether you’re steaming, blackening, grilling, baking, or broiling. Try it on popcorn for a coastal kick—or mix it with breadcrumbs for next-level fried seafood.
Favorite Fish Sandwich
Fish Filets, about 5 ounces per sandwich, use the freshest fish you can find.
Key West Spice Company® SEAFOOD SEASONING, about 1 t per filet
Non-stick spray, if needed
Sandwich rolls or bread of choice
Tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnishing
Equipment:
Cast iron skillet
Small metal spatula
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of the filets liberally (or lightly) with the SEAFOOD SEASONING.
Place each filet into hot skillet sprayed with non-stick spray (if needed). Do not over crowd cooking surface.
After about 3 minutes and when fish appears cooked on one side, carefully flip filets and cook the other side, and remove after about two minutes. Place sandwich rolls open faced into hot pan to slightly toast.
Enjoy right away with a tartar sauce of your liking along with sliced tomato, lettuce leaves, and pickles.
