Greg is back in the kitchen, and this time he’s turning everyday vegetables into a side dish packed with Key West flavor!

Our Southernmost Roasted Veggies start with fresh broccoli and cauliflower tossed in olive oil and Key West Spice Company Southernmost Blend. Then we kick things up with garlic and Parmesan before roasting everything to delicious, golden perfection.

A little fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon at the end add the perfect finishing touch. The result? Tender, flavorful roasted vegetables with just the right combination of savory, zesty, and island-inspired flavor.

Whether you’re serving these alongside grilled chicken, seafood, steak, or just looking for an easy way to make vegetables more exciting, this recipe is simple enough for a weeknight and tasty enough for company.
